What You'll Need Before Starting
Ear candles, a paper plate, matches, small scissors, a damp towel, cotton swabs, a small hand mirror, witch hazel, and a friend to assist.

How to Use
Lie on your side and gently massage around the ear to relax the area. Place an aluminum foil shield (approx. 15x15cm with a small hole) around the candle. Insert the shorter end gently into the outer ear passage and light the longer end. Allow to burn down to the marked line — do not burn past it. Follow up with witch hazel or alcohol-based ear cleaner and cotton swabs.

Note: Always have an assistant present during use. Never use alone.
